Terms of Service

🙘 Payment for commissions are paid in full upfront.

🙘 Refunds are not accepted unless the commission has not yet been started. 

🙘Commissions take anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on scheduling and complexity of the piece.  If you need your piece sooner, contact me and let me know ahead of time of your deadline.  There will be an additional fee for tight deadlines of up to 50% of the commission price. 

🙘I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable with it or believe it is out of my current artistic ability. 

🙘 I reserve full rights to the commissioned piece.  I may display it in my portfolio, share it on social media, or live stream it on Twitch/TikTok/Instagram.  If you prefer it stays private, please bring it up to me. 

🙘Commissioned work is for non-profit use ONLY.  Please contact me if you wish to discuss commercial work.  Commercial works are price double for me to sign the rights over to you. 

🙘Any major changes made after the artwork is close to completion or completed will incur a fee. 

🙘Any pieces that are NSFW are at a higher price that needs to be discussed.  You must be 21+ to purchase NSFW art.  I will not accept extreme NSFW/gore. 

Usage and Reposting

🙘 Personal use only (any commercial use of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited)

🙘 You’re free to repost any SFW commissioned piece giving a credit to me as an artist

🙘 You are free to post the censored version of a NSFW commission, giving me credit as an artist. I ask you not to post the uncensored versions anywhere online.

🙘 You’re free to use the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes

🙘 You’re free to print the commissioned piece for any non-commercial purposes, any number of times

🙘 Any editing (despite cropping for an avatar/banner/etc.) is prohibited

Rights I Reserve

🙘 I reserve the right to post or not post finished commissions on any of my socials unless specifically asked not to.

🙘 I reserve the right to use the piece in announcements, banners, advertisements, convention banners, or in other means of self-promotion.

🙘 I reserve the right to post the time-lapse and drawing progress on all my socials.

🙘 I reserve the right to use any rough draft poses, outfit designs, weapon designs that are not selected by client and are not in their finished piece outside of the commission.

🙘 Violence, harassment, hateful art
🙘 Mecha (Does not include mechanical limbs)
🙘 Anthro
🙘 Real life people

I WILL draw:

🙘 Tasteful nudity, mild NSFW, erotic
🙘 Fantasy Characters & Races that are humanoid
🙘 Animals alongside their human companion

Commission Process:

1. Client places order with relevant details on commission in the order notes

2. Once the order is placed and payment is received, I will start the rough draft and send it to client with for revisions

3. Client will respond with their feedback 

4. I return to the draft and make any changes as directed by the client.  I will send the client the revisions again for approval until the client has what they want

7. I begin the coloring stage now, repeating the pattern of sending progress pictures to the client for feedback. 

8. After coloring is complete and correct, the client will do a review of the final draft and determine if any minor changes need to be made 

9. Client will receive the final piece in full quality with signature through email, and a physical print shipped to them.
